Effective January 11, 2017 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11010 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section <br /> 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Blooming Grove Location: Section 36 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> RH-3 to RH-2 <br /> A Parcel of Land being Lot 1, Certified Survey Map Number 5980, recorded in Volume <br /> 28 of C.S.M.'s, Pages 230-231, as Document Number 2171319, located in the SE 1/4 of <br /> the NW 1/4 of Section 36, T7N, R10E, Town of Blooming Grove, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, also described more particularly as: Commencing at the West 1/4 Corner of <br /> said Section36, thence N 87°49'52" E, along the South line of the NW 1/4 of Section 36, <br /> 1969.65 feet; thence N 02°10'08"W, 58.44 feet to the point on the northerly right-of-way <br /> line of Siggelkow Road, and Southwesterly platted corner of said Lot 1, and the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence N 02°07'23" W, 190.02 feet; thence S 87°52'36"W, <br /> 135.82 feet; thence N 02°07'23"W, 266.39 feet; thence N 29°11'33" E, 310.45 feet; <br /> thence S 50°11'50" E, 676.68 feet; thence S 41°40'27" E, 349.51 feet; thence S <br /> 87°52'36"W, 751.55 feet to the point of beginning. This description contains an area of <br /> 348717.04 square feet, or 8.01 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. A 200-foot setback restricting residential dwellings as part of the noise overlay district <br /> shall be shown on the recorded certified survey map. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by <br /> Dane County, a final certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be <br /> prepared in accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes <br /> and Chapter 75 Dane County Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County <br /> Zoning Division. Upon submission of the final certified survey map, the Zoning and Land <br /> Regulation Committee, or its authorized representative, shall, within 30 days, approve, <br /> approve conditionally, or reject the certified survey map. Failure to submit the final <br /> certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to record the survey with the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two <br /> copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
