The site will only be accessed by a 50' x 20' x 6" stone tracking pad, consisting of 3 inch <br /> clear stone, off of Westridge Road. Tracking will be controlled unto public roads. <br /> 2. Silt fence will be installed along the perimeter of the site and will remain in place until <br /> vegetation is established. <br /> 3. Grading will be confined to the areas shown on the plan. Vegetation will remain where <br /> practicable. <br /> 4. Straw bales, as shown on the plan, will not be installed. No control measures are <br /> necessary at these locations. <br /> 5. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is planned to begin October 25, 2001. <br /> The site will be permanently stabilized with seed and mulch by March 15, 2002. <br /> The construction site will follow the plan approved by Dane County Land Conservation. <br /> cc: Steve and Cindy Martinelli <br /> Pat Anderson, Dane County Zoning Inspector <br />
