This is an exisiting <br /> homestead parcel owned by separate deed by Norbert Lathrop and Located at 752 CTH "N", <br /> Stoughton, Wisconsin 53589. It is our request to rezone from A-1 Exclusive to <br /> R-3A. <br /> Part of the NWa of NWa of Section 21, Town 5 North, Range 11 East, Town of Dunkirk, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin described as follows: <br /> Commencing at NW corner of said section 21; thence East on Section line, 527.61 to <br /> centerline of CTH "N"; thence S 11° 07' 35" W on said centerline, 569.70' ; thence <br /> S 07° 39' 53" W on said centerline, 139 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence S 07° 39'53" W, 107.9 feet; thence S 86°20' E, 217 feet; thence N 15°42'E, <br /> 102.5 feet; thence N 84°31' W, 231 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel <br /> contains 0.5 acres subject to 33 feet right of way over westerly 33 feet for <br /> CTH "N". <br /> Subject to a 66' easement over the existing gravel road for ingress and <br /> egress to adjoining parcels. <br /> Final determination is to be taken from certified survey to be done if zoning <br /> petition is passed. <br />
