The proposed change would be from A-1 Exclusive to RH-2 and <br /> this parcel contains an existing residence. <br /> Part of the NE4 of NW4 and part of the NW4 of NW4 of Section 21, Town 5 North, <br /> Range 11 East, Town of Dunkirk, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the N 4 corner of said section 21; thence west on Section line, <br /> 619.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue west on section line, <br /> 1,047.71 feet; thence South 180.62 feet to a point on a 60' radius curve; <br /> thence Southeasterly to Southwesterly, 129.22 feet along the arc of a 60' <br /> radius to the right having a chord bearing S 28°17'09" E, 105.66 feet; thence <br /> S 89°58'52" E, 997.65 feet; thence North, 274 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Containing 6.478 acres. <br /> Together with a 66' wide easement leading from the southwest corner of the above <br /> described property to CTH "N". <br /> Final description is to be taken from certified survey to be done if zoning <br /> petition is passed. <br /> Concerning this particular parcel, Mr. Norbert Lathrop is seeking a variance <br /> from Dane County Ordinance requiring this parcel to front on a public <br /> roadway. <br />
