I, probably shouldn't have put 100, because <br /> the east 75+- feet is not capable of being used for crop land, <br /> because of the slope of the land. There are trees and brush growing <br /> on this area. <br /> Because of the type of soil indicated on the soil maps(we may find <br /> bedrock at 2 to 4 feet) Mr Wipperfurth is going to plant trees on <br /> some of the land that is behind and in front of the lot. Most of <br /> the land is used for crops but it is not the best land for crops. <br /> I am also giving you a plot plan of the parcel that Mr. Wipperfurth <br /> owns and the location of the proposed lot.
