ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3631 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial & R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. $3631: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: TO C-2: Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 28, <br /> thence S 1198.08 feet to point of beginning; thence continue S 810 feet, <br /> thence S 89° 48' E 115 feet; thence N 810 feet, thence N 86° 31' W 115 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. TO R-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner of <br /> Section 28; thence South 1053.08 to the South right-of-way of CTH Y and the <br /> point of beginning.
