You must submit a fully-dimensioned Condominium Plat Development Plan, drawn to <br /> an easily measurable scale, including the items on the list below, as per Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance Sections 10.25(2)(c) and 10.01(19n). <br /> 2. The Condominium Plat Development Plan will be reviewed by the Zoning Division. <br /> After any necessary additions or changes have been made, the Development Plan must <br /> be approved as signed and dated by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> 3. A copy of the approved Condominium Plat Development Plan shall accompany each <br /> application for a Zoning Permit for any new building or structure within the <br /> Condominium Plat. <br /> 4. A Revised Condominium Plat Development Plan must be submitted, reviewed and <br /> approved for any major changes to development of the condominium plat (for example, <br /> use of two condo lots as one lot) before a Zoning Permit may be issued. <br /> A CONDOMINIUM PLAT DEVELOPMENT PLAN SHALL INCLUDE: <br /> BOUNDARIES <br /> 1. All property lines with dimensions. Condominium "lot" boundaries shall also be included, <br /> but will not be used to determine property line setbacks for Zoning Permit purposes. <br /> 2. Required building setback lines from exterior boundaries of the site and interior property <br /> lines as required by Chapter 10 Zoning DCCO. <br /> ROADS & CIRCULATION <br /> 3. Location of all access points to public right-of-ways and approval from appropriate approval <br /> agency (driveway, culvert or access permit). <br /> 4. Right-of-way access restrictions as required by appropriate approval agency and/or as <br /> proposed by condominium plat developer <br /> 5. Location and widths for all existing and proposed public and private drives, circulation <br /> paths, and driveways. <br /> STRUCTURES & PARKING <br /> 6. Location and dimensions of all existing buildings and other existing man-made structures <br />
