Agriculture District to the R-1A Residential & RH-3 Rural District. Pet. #3635: Part of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 13 Town of Montrose described as follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the South quarter corner of the said Section 13; thence North 1881.70 feet, thence S 79° 29' 40" W along the centerline of CTH A 1333.96 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 79° 29' 40" W along the said centerline 362.48 feet; thence N 01° 57' 40" E 247.24 feet; thence N 89° 10' 38" E 313.58 feet; thence S 10° 30' 20" E 188.67 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing At the West quarter corner of said Section 13; which is also the point of beginning; thence S 88° 11' 46" E, 991.07 feet; thence S 00° 42' 12" W, 256.57 feet; thence S 16° 36' 20" E, 166.80 feet; thence N 88° 11' 46" w, 1035.61 feet; thence North, 415.00 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
