Payne & Dolan, Inc. has entered into <br /> an agreement with the owners of this property to remove sand and <br /> gravel to be used as base course and as bituminous concrete. It is <br /> anticipated that sand and gravel removal will begin in May 1986, <br /> stockpiles will be produced. A portable asphalt plant will be <br /> moved onto the site in June 1986 to produce the bituminous concrete. <br /> It is anticipated that paving will be complete by late June 1986. <br /> At that time, the asphalt plant will be removed, the sand and <br /> gravel extraction area will be reclaimed.
