C tuNex: QcBPKT o! e)ke:1-./L sp6At s 1) Tax #12-10-217, 12-10-219, 12-10-222 2) Acreage = 41 acres. 3) Current use the property is presently used as pasture and cropland 4) The property is bordered by farmland 5) Proposed use and development schedule: Payne & Dolan, Inc. has entered into a contract with Wisconsin Department of Transportation to resurface STH 73 from the north village limits of Deerfield to I-94, including improving the inter- section of STH 73 & CTH BB. Payne & Dolan, Inc. has entered into an agreement with the owners of this property to remove sand and gravel to be used as base course and as bituminous concrete. It is anticipated that sand and gravel removal will begin in May 1986, stockpiles will be produced. A portable asphalt plant will be moved onto the site in June 1986 to produce the bituminous concrete. It is anticipated that paving will be complete by late June 1986. At that time, the asphalt plant will be removed, the sand and gravel extraction area will be reclaimed. Access will be via a driveway installed on Missouri Road. No water is required for any of the operations proposed. No permit buildings or structures will be erected. Sand and gravel was discovered while doing test borings on • the property.
