HWY. <br /> Petition #3638 - C.T.H. "M" is an access controlled highway. This property <br /> presently has one approved access to C.T.H. "M" that is located approximately <br /> 450 feet north of the C.T.H. "PD" and C.T.H. "M" intersection. Access to <br /> serve any homes built on the westerly parcel should be from Raymond Road. <br /> No additional accesses would be available to C.T.H. "M", and a "change in use" <br /> application would be required if additional homes are intended to be served <br /> from the existing drive to C.T.H. "M". <br /> R.P.
