Agriculture & R-1 Residential District to the RH-1 Rural Homes & RH-4 Rural District. Pet. #3641: Homes Part of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Verona described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the a point on the East-West quarter line of said Section, which is 200 feet East from the West quarter corner of said Section; thence S 00° 49' East along the centerline of Range Trail 250.03 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence East 33 feet to the East line of Range Trail, thence continuing East 313.56 feet, thence South 375 feet, thence West 308.22 feet to East line of Range Trail, thence continuing West 33 feet to the centerline of Range Trail. Thence North 00° 49' West 375.93 feet along the centerline of Range Trail to the point of beginning. Also, the North 668 feet of the West 200 feet of the said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 26.
