Tcwn Board Meeting the <br /> Preliminary Plat for the Interstate Park was approved with limited <br /> C-2 zoning. <br /> The limited C-2 zoning removes from the permitted uses: <br /> (K) Fertilizer mixing and blending plants. <br /> (L) Slaughter houses, meat processing plants. <br /> (0) Storage, repairs and maintenance of carnival concessions, <br /> and circus machinery and equipment. <br /> C-2 Conditional Uses <br /> (d) Autanobile racetracks, motorcycle racetracks including <br /> moto-cross and hill climbing courses. <br /> (e) Mineral extraction subject to special conditions of Section <br /> 10:12 (2) (A) <br /> (f) Solid waste disposal operations, sanitary landfill sites. <br /> Attached is a copy of the C-2 Zoning with the above uses lined out. <br /> If you would like a meeting with the Town Board, please contact the <br /> Town Chairman, Donald Hoepker at 244-6417. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> 0„, - , <br /> Step - 'e A.
