♦ '
March 28, 1986
TO: Town of Rutland Planning Commission
Rutland Town 3oard
Dane County Land Regulation & Records Dept.
Dear Members of the above:
As owners of the acreage so designated on the attached portion of
Section 29, T5N, R 10 E Rutland Township Plat Map, we request that no
more than four acres of the southeast portion of the 39.9 acre parcel No
(directly north of the 5.5 acre parcel) be zoned as RH 1 which would be
in conformity with current zoning regulations.
The original house on the property is square with the compass and
faces west towards Old Stage Rd. Its closest corner to Old Stage Rd. is
54' from the 33' set back from the center of Old Stage Rd. The south
side of the house is about 102' from a south line fence. The south line
fence from a 33' setback east from the center of Old Stage Rd. extends
488'6" to the east line fence of the acreage to be included with the
RH 1 zoning.
The measurements of the east line and the north boundary line of
the acreage to be zoned would best be determined by a surveyor so that
no more than four acres would be included with the new parcel.
The area is sewered. The septic tank east of the house has two di-
gesting compartments. The effluent runs through a drain to a distribution
box east of the septic tank. Any one or all of four outlets in the dis-
tribution box can be chosen to drain into the drain field which is east
of the distribution box and beneath a mowed lawn. The septic system foll-
owed a septic system plan of the Univ. of Illinois Small Homes Council.
The drilled 70' well is about 15' west of the NW corner of the house.
/ 7 22t aL-Lk_k_
i
i
Philip b1.
