He based that on the fact that he saw a document <br /> that stated that a varience was need before filling certified survey. <br /> He has searched our records and found no evidence that a varience was <br /> sought our obtained. He said he got a letter from Norb stating that <br /> the certified survey was a valid legal document. His question is: Was <br /> a varience required? Was it obtained? If the answer to the first <br /> question is yes, and the answer to the second question is no, then how <br /> could the certified survey be a valid legal document? I would like <br /> Russ to check the records and let Jim know if there was record of such <br /> requirement.
