E. 1/4 of Section 7 , T. 9N . - R . 7 E . <br /> 2. Statement of Operations : <br /> A. The proposed operation on this property consists of the <br /> processing and removal of sand and gravel for the area <br /> market . The topsoil will be removed from the deposit <br /> and stockpiled for future use in restoration . <br /> B . Operation of this site was begun in 1972 . <br /> C . If a washing operation is begun on this site , it is <br /> estimated that it will use approximately 40,000 g. p. h . <br /> Much of this water will be recirculated from settling ponds . <br /> D. It is estimated that this operation will last until 1996+ . <br /> E . Reclamation of this property will begin upon termination <br /> of the sand and gravel reserves . <br /> F. The property is presently used for aggregate production <br /> and agriculture . <br /> G. It is proposed that this land will be brought back into <br /> agricultural production upon restoration . <br /> H. All excavations shall maintain a minimum set back of <br /> 42 feet from the right-of-way of State Trunk Highway " 188" . <br /> 3. Reclamation : <br /> A . All final slopes shall be flatter than a 3 : 1 slope . <br /> B . All final slopes and pit areas shall be covered with <br /> topsoil from the original site and seeded . <br /> C . The pit area shall be cleared of all debris and be left <br /> in a workmanlike condition . <br />
