Upon examination of the map included with <br /> the notice, we determined that a portion of the 3 . 9 acres <br /> proposed to be rezoned includes lands which we own in section <br /> 5. <br /> We have not requested the rezoning and obviously would object <br /> to rezoning of our property under circumstances. <br /> We have discussed this matter with Mr. Frame and he agrees <br /> that the area described in the zoning notice is incorrect. <br /> Therefore, we request that no final zoning approval be given <br /> until an appropriate survey covering only the lands owned by <br /> Mr. Frame is filed. I am enclosing herewith a map from our <br /> title insurance policy covering our property which shows the <br /> 3 `14 5 1986 <br />
