No additional accesses are <br /> available to C.T.H. "S" . The new residence will have to obtain <br /> access from the existing access to C.T.H. "S" or from Old <br /> Military Road. <br /> R.P. C. <br /> #3670 - This is within the Agricultural Preservation District of the Town of <br /> Cross Plains Plan. One policy criteria indicates land for rezoning shall <br /> be: "Land where there has not been a history of economically viable <br /> farming activities. " The eastern portion of this parcel contains prime <br /> agricultural soils, but economic viability takes in other considerations. <br /> If it were zoned RH-1 , it could potentially be split again.
