The businesses shall be limited to dog grooming, lawn care and snow plowing. <br /> 2. The businesses shall be restricted to the 40' x 52' detached accessory building. <br /> 3. The hours of operation shall be 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday for-the <br /> dog grooming business. <br /> 4. There shall be no retail sales on the property. <br /> 5. All lawn care and snow plowing equipment shall be stored indoors. <br /> 6. Signs shall be limited to one sign, non-illuminated up to 12 square feet. <br /> 7. All employees, except one or one full-time equivelent, shal be a member of the <br /> family residing on the premises. <br /> 8. The conditional use permit will expire with the sale of the property. <br /> THE ZONING AND LAND REGULATION COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING <br /> AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1.
