DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9855 <br /> Internal Tracking Number:RECU2 34'i <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-1A Residential district(s) <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9855 <br /> Part of Section 22,Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> A-IEX TO R-1A <br /> A parcel of land lying in the Southeast 114 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 07 <br /> North, Range 11 East,Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin,more fully described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 Corner of Section 22; Thence S 00°01'36"E, 2060.59 <br /> feet along the North-South 114 line of said Section 22,to the point of beginning of this <br /> description; Thence continuing S 00101'36"E, 598.94 feet along said North-South 1/4 line; <br /> Thence S 88°45'19"W,377.08 feet; Thence N 00°01'36" W, 606.95 feet;Thence N 89°58'24"E, <br /> 377.00 feet,to the North-South 114 line,and the point of beginning of this description.Said <br /> parcel contains 227,309 square feet or 5.22 acres including right-of-way,or 197,336 square feet <br /> or 4.53 acres excluding right-of-way. <br /> )NDITI( WIN( <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of <br /> its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to (}/ <br /> Dane County Zoning. , <br /> Effective: J 31 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon Their findings,to be consistent <br /> with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(i)(a),(b),(c). <br />
