Pursuant to the Zoning and Land Regulation Committee policy, any petition that is <br /> not acted upon within one year of the public hearing date will expire. The public hearing date <br /> for petition #10895 was October 27, 2015. <br /> This letter is to inform you that Petition Number DCPREZ-2015-10895 has exceeded the one- <br /> year timeframe without action by the Zoning and Land Regulation Committee. The petition has <br /> been rendered null &void. <br /> The petition was delayed due to the proposal being in conflict with the policies found in the <br /> Town of Dane Comprehensive plan. The comprehensive plan is in the process of being <br /> amended to allow the transfer of development rights from one farm to another. The <br /> amendments to the plan will be approved by the County Board on February 9th making the <br /> process complete. <br /> The town did not take formal action on your petition. I understand that the Town had concerns <br /> regarding the location of the driveway and possibly the location of the house associated with <br /> the zoning request. It is suggested that the concerns be discussed with the Town prior to <br /> submitting a new application. <br /> If you choose to pursue the zoning amendment for your property, a new application will need <br /> to be filed with the Dane County Zoning Division.
