While library patrons will not use this facility,there may be business type meetings held at this facility. <br /> Outdoor activities will be limited to employee parking and material delivery and pickup several times per <br /> week. <br /> In addition to the Library Service uses, Emergency Management vehicles and equipment will be stored in <br /> existing drive bays and used during emergency or training events. The existing facility will be <br /> reconfigured internally to accommodate the proposed use. Draft concept plans and a description of <br /> associated work is included within this application as supplemental information. Remodeling is planned <br /> to begin as soon as March of 2017. The northern third of the building will be configured as office space <br /> and collection storage for DCLS,while the southern two-thirds of the building will remain vehicle bays. <br /> Modest signage will be provided to identify the facility and entrances, however sign designs have not <br /> been complete. Any signage will be designed to conform to the County Zoning Code as well as the City <br /> of Madison Sign Code. <br />
