• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3674 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BURKE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 17, thence Southerly along <br /> the centerline of CTH CV 400 feet; thence Easterly 733 feet; thence Northerly <br /> 400 feet to the centerline of Hoepker Road; thence Westerly 733 feet along the <br /> centerline of Hoepker Road to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> Use of the property shall be limited to: <br /> 1) .
