"CV" is access controlled, and the parcel has one <br /> existing access to C.T.H. "CV" . No additional accesses would <br /> be available to C.T.H. "CV" . If traffic entering onto C.T.H. <br /> "CV" is increased substantially by this rezoning, a <br /> "change-in-use" application for the existing access will be <br /> required. <br /> 1 #3674 - CUP #497 - This site is designated "Mineral Extraction" on the Town of <br /> R.P. C. Burke Land Use Plan with the following policies: <br /> "Require strict compliance with Regulation 10.126, Section 2, of <br /> the Dane County Zoning Conditional Use Permit with the following <br /> additions: <br /> - Discourage urban development within 600 feet of these <br /> sites. <br /> - Require owner/operator to provide and maintain good roads <br /> to quarries. <br /> - Maintain presently designated sites with existing zoning <br /> until operation is complete, at which time any planning <br /> for further development must be brought before the town <br /> planning committee and the town board for approval ." <br /> Comment: It appears a plan amendment would be needed before urban <br /> development could be consistent with plan policies at this site. <br /> RES .
