Enclosed is a <br /> Petition to Rezone Land and supporting materials. <br /> Joseph and Deirdre Garton own about 6. 5 acres which is <br /> zoned RH-1 and have contracted to purchase 9. 5 acres of <br /> adjoining property. The land to be purchased is in an exclusive <br /> agriculture zone and is not large enough to meet the minimum lot <br /> size for that zoning.
