C. <br /> #3676 - This proposed parcel is within the Agricultural Preservation Area of the <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs Plan, where a policy is: "To limit non-farm - <br /> residential development to those areas with soils not classified as <br /> prime farmland or those of statewide importance nor those shown as <br /> having severe or very severe limitations for septic tanks (as shown on <br /> the soils maps)." This parcel has all soils of statewide significance <br /> as delineated on the soils map. While these are not as productive as <br /> prime farmland soils, they are specified in the adopted policy.
