Please find attached <br /> a copy of the mailing list of notice sent by 1st Class mail. Regarding the <br /> proposed rezone. The notices were mailed on, or about, May 19, 1986. It <br /> is surprising that no one has received a notice. I have also enclosed a sample <br /> notice, folded and stapled in the manner that we mail them, it may be that <br /> people just did not recognize what they were. <br /> You also stated that there was concern expressed about the existing RH-4 Zoning. <br /> This zoning change was effectuated September 26, 1984 by zoning petition <br /> #3258 after due process of public hearing on June 12, 1984 and town board <br /> approval. Our records indicate that we mailed 18 notices of this petition <br /> and there was no opposition. <br /> For your information, the existing RH-4 Zoning on the Fedler property allows <br /> only one residence. RH-4 requires a minimum of 16 acres and therefore as <br /> the Fedler property is only a total of 34 acres± it could not be divided <br /> into more than 2 parcels unless a rezone was approved. <br /> Enclosure: <br />
