One item on <br /> the adjenda was a public hearing on a zoning request made by Mr. <br /> LaVern Lenz and Mr. Mike Stark to change zoning on their property <br /> from A-1 ex to RH-1 . <br /> Mr. Lenz and Mr. Stark met with the Vienna Plan Committee and <br /> attended the Public Hearing. No objections were made at either meeting. <br /> After receiving the recommendation of the Plan Committee the Board <br /> agreed to support Mr. Lenz and Mr. Stark's request on zoning Petition 3681. <br /> Please be advised that this is the position of the Town.
