Blair Street, Madison, Wi . 53703 <br /> LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL <br /> County of Dane Zoning Dept. <br /> 210 Monona Ave. <br /> Madison, Wi . 53709 <br /> May 5, 1986 <br /> Dear Sirs: <br /> We are requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a parcel <br /> of land that we have contracted to purchase and is located in; <br /> Part of the East of the Northeast 4 of section 21, T8N, R10E, <br /> Town of Burke, Dane County, Wi . and is described specifically <br /> in the enclosed survey map ( office #1445) made by Thom R. <br /> Grenlie,R.L.S . and dated 8/1/84. <br /> We wish to supply the following information concerning <br /> our proposed use of this land; <br /> a) We intend to build a single story religious meetin auditor- <br /> ium ( seating capacity - 300) with an accompanying parking area <br /> for aproximately 100 cars. Our intention at this time is to <br /> utilize up to 5 acres of this area for our occupancy and leave <br /> the remaining lO' aer-es or more under cultivation. This land <br /> is currently zoned A-1 . <br /> b) Our current plan is to build our structure within two years <br /> of the date of purchase of this property. The closing is set <br /> for June 15, 1986. Construction starting time is also contingent <br /> upon scheduling arrangements and securing of financing. <br /> c) The property described is suitable for our purpose because <br /> of its proximity to the members of the congregation attending <br /> our meetings as well as the location in the portion of Dane <br /> County that we are assigned to serve.
