PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF COTTAGE GROVE TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 309 Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes District. PET 3684: Part of the E 1/2 SW & NW SE of Section 30, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 30; thence Northerly, 1320 feet, more or less along the West line of the SW 1/4 of Section 30, to the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence Easterly, 1225 feet along the North line of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 to the point of this description; thence Northerly, 370 feet, more or less, to the Southerly right-of-way line of USH 12-18; thence Southeasterly, 130 feet, more or less, along said right-of-way line; thence Southeasterly, 815 feet, more or less, along said right-of-way, to the South line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence Westerly, 145 feet, more or less, along the South line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, to the North-South quarter line of Section 30; thence Southwesterly, 530 feet; thence N 61° W, 320 feet, more or less; thence Northerly, 125 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning of this description. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
