- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, Fredric L. Chase and Robert M. Chase is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Windsor , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> A parcel of land located In the SW 1 / 4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 32 , <br /> T9N, R1OE , Town of Windsor , Dane County , Wisconsin ; To -Wit : <br /> Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1 CSM No . 4517 ; thence north <br /> 0°06 ' 23" east 555 feet ; thence south 89 . 16 ' 09" west , 402. 90 feet ; <br /> thence along the arc of a curve concaved southoastery , having a radius <br /> 450 feet along chord bearing south 45 ° 40 ' 32" west , 620. 58 feet ; thence <br /> south 2° 04155" west , 699. 32 feat to right-of -way of State Highway 19 ; <br /> thence ,northeasterly along said right-of -way , 550 foot more or loss , to <br /> west line of said Lot 1 CSM No . 4517 ; thence north 0 ° 06 ' 23" west along <br /> said west line , 529 . 19 feet ; thence north 89 ° 53 ' 37" west , 300. 00 toot <br /> to the point of beginning . <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> 1) . A North-South road right-of-way to service the entire area shall <br /> be maintained from Chase Farms Road on the South to the Executive <br /> Management property on the North. <br /> 2) . Adequate sized utilities shall be installed to serve area <br /> properties in the urban service district in addition to the <br /> property in question. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
