PETITION NO. 36=07 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 31 , Town of Black Earth , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 (Ex) Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> PET 3689: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Beginning at a point which is 1513.72 feet West of the Northeast <br /> corner of Section 31; thence S 00° 00' 00" West, 249.52 feet; thence S 55° 00' <br /> 00" West, 613.14 feet; thence N 35° 00' 00" West, 400.00 feet to a point in <br /> centerline of Reeve Road; thence N 55° 00' 00" East, 272.95 feet along the <br /> centerline of Reeve Road to a point of curvature of a curve to the left having <br /> a radius of 375.00 feet; thence Northeasterly, 160.50 feet along the <br /> centerline of Reeve Road to the North line of the Northeast quarter; thence <br /> East, 400.00 feet along the North line of the Northeast quarter to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
