• PETITION NO. 3Cn g-3 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 (Ex) Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> PET 3693: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map #1882 <br /> recorded in Volume 7 Page 333 of Certified Surveys, and point of beginning. <br /> Thence S 27° 02' 20" E, 100.00 feet, along the centerline of Vilas Road. <br /> Thence continuing along said centerline S 33° 33 ' 00" E, 100.00 feet; S 44° <br /> 51' 15" E, 100.00 feet; S 55° 08' 15" E, 100.00 feet to the Northwest corner <br /> of Certified Survey Map #2898 recorded in Volume 11 Page 272 of Certified <br /> Surveys; thence S 35° 03' 30" W, 212.20 feet along said certified survey #2898 <br /> to the Northwesterly line of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #4118 recorded in <br /> Volume 17 Page 176 of Certified Surveys; thence S 59° 06' 45" W, 212.00 feet <br /> along said line; thence S 86° 59' 54" W, 424.26 feet; thence S 00° 03' 07" E, <br /> 62.30 feet; thence S 86° 59' 54" W, 225.00 feet; thence N 00° 03' 07" W, <br /> 636.53 feet; thence N 86° 29' 55" E, 700.73 feet along the extension of the <br /> North line of Certified Survey Map #1882 to the Northwest corner of said <br /> Certified Survey and the point of commencement. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
