TOWN OF WINDSOR <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> JUNE 24, 1986 <br /> Town of Windsor Special meeting was called to order at <br /> 6 : 00 P.M. by Chairperson Myron Timm. Supervisors present : <br /> J. Deppeler, R. McCallen, D. Porter and A. Harvey. 13 <br /> signatures were recorded on the attendance register. <br /> Chairperson Timm requested moving to the zoning petitions <br /> in an effort to record Board action and report the information <br /> to the Dane County Zoning Committee prior to their 7 : 30 P .M. <br /> scheduled meeting. There was no objection . <br /> Zoning petition # 36687 by Donald Davenport , change From <br /> Al Wetland to Cl Commercial . The Planning Commission recomm- <br /> ended approving the zoning change with concern regarding, <br /> A) the present highway access to the property from Chase Farms <br /> Road, B) Ingress and egress north from the property connecting <br /> to Duraform Lane, C) Proper drainage for the parcel . After <br /> discussion it was moved by Deppeler and seconded by McCallen <br /> to approve zoning petition # 3687. Motion carried. <br /> Zoning petition # 3694 by Michael Eberhardt , change from <br /> Al and Cl to RH1 and Cl. Planning Commission recommended <br /> approving this petition. After discussion it was moved by <br /> Harvey and seconded by Porter to approve the zoning petition <br /> for creating one (1) residential RH1 zoned lot and one (1 ) <br /> commercial Cl zoned lot . Motion carried. Zoning change <br /> does not supercedethe Town Subdivision ordinance requirements. <br /> Moved to the regular agenda schedule. <br /> Minutes of June 10th, 1986 meeting were presented for review <br /> and acceptance. A motion was made by Deppeler and seconded <br /> by Timm to approve the minutes as amended. Motion carried. <br /> Appearances before the Board: <br /> A. Lt . Nolen scheduled did not appear at this time. <br /> B. Mark Porter requested the Board reconsider previous <br /> action and allow access for certified survey # 4521 of lot <br /> #3 on Portage Road be relocated from the north side of the <br /> property to the south side. This would require moving the <br /> access approximately 40' . After reviewing the request of Mr. <br /> Porter it was moved by Deppeler and seconded by Harvey to <br /> approve the request as presented by Mr. Porter. Motion carried. <br /> Old business : <br /> A. Ordinance regulating the placement of relocateable office <br /> buildings. Ordinance submitted by Supervisor Harvey at the <br /> June 10th, 1986 meeting. After review and discussion a motion <br /> was made by McCallen and seconded by Timm to adopt Ordinance # <br /> 86-1 as submitted. Motion carried. <br />
