• PETITION NO. 36 <br /> • <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section , Town of Pleasant Sorinas , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 (Ex) Agriculture District to the <br /> • <br /> PET 3697: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: TO RH-1: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 33; <br /> thence North along the West line of said NW 1/4, 400 feet more or less to the <br /> waters edge of the Yahara River; thence Northeasterly along said waters edge, <br /> 280 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 240 feet more or less to the <br /> Westerly line of Apollo Circle; thence Southwesterly along the Westerly line <br /> of Apollo Circle 440 feet more or less to the North line of CTH B; thence <br /> West, 145 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
