• PETITION NO. 36 • PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF PLEASANT SPRINGS TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section , Town of Pleasant Sorinas , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 (Ex) Agriculture District to the • PET 3697: Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: TO RH-1: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence North along the West line of said NW 1/4, 400 feet more or less to the waters edge of the Yahara River; thence Northeasterly along said waters edge, 280 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 240 feet more or less to the Westerly line of Apollo Circle; thence Southwesterly along the Westerly line of Apollo Circle 440 feet more or less to the North line of CTH B; thence West, 145 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. ALSO, TO RH-3: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence Est along the South line of said NW 1/4, 584.41 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #2 of Dane County Certified Survey Map number 513; thence N 07° 40' E, 143.29 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot #2; thence N 73° 32' W, 74.94 feet; thence N 06° 32' 40" W, 185.00 feet to the South line of Apollo Circle and a point of curvature of a curve to the left, said curve having a central angle of 134° 09' 32" and a radius of 60.00 feet, the long chord of said curve bearing N 16° 26' 54" E, 110.53 feet; thence Northeasterly to Northwesterly along the arc of said curve, 140.49 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #1 of Dane County Certified Survey Map number 513; thence N 25° 21' E along the East line of said lot, 330 feet more or less to the water's edge of the Yahara River; thence Easterly to Southeasterly along said water's edge, 1600 feet more or less to the intersection of said water's edge and the South line of the aforesaid NW 1/4; thence West along said South line, 1800 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
