Agricultur6 District to the • R-1 Residential. RH-1 & RH-2 District. PET 3698: Part of the SE1/4 NW 1/4 & NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Westport described as follows: TO R-1: Beginning at the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 12; thence S 89° 38' W, 714.19 feet to the centerline of River Road; thence N 35° 02' 17" E, 36.81 feet along said centerline; thence N 89° 38' E, 543.06 feet; thence North assumed 120.0 feet; thence N 89° 38' E 150 feet; thence S 150.0 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
