ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3698 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential & RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE1/4 NW 1/4 & NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Westport <br /> described as follows: TO R-1: Beginning at the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section <br /> 12; thence S 89° 38' W, 714.19 feet to the centerline of River Road; thence N <br /> 35° 02' 17" E, 36.81 feet along said centerline; thence N 89° 38' E, 543.06 <br /> feet; thence North assumed 120.0 feet; thence N 89° 38' E 150 feet; thence S <br /> 150.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
