PETITION NO. 36.Gt <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> RUTLAND <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section _22,, Town of Rutland , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A residential District. <br /> rr.r 3699: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Rutland <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 29; thence North along the North-South quarter line of said section, 2561.62 <br /> feet; thence East 612.59 to the point of beginning; said point being in the <br /> centerline of Old Stage Road; thence S 52° 13' 04" E, 380.77 feet along said <br /> centerline; thence North, 198.53 feet; thence N 52° 13' 04" W, 344.11 feet; <br /> thence S 09° 20' 45" W, 178.44 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
