Agriculture District to the <br /> PEI 3701: R-1A Residential District. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 11, thence N 86° <br /> 01' 00" E, 443.86 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence N <br /> 47° 46' 00" W, 262.77 feet; thence N 25° 28' 40" E, 263.25 feet; thence along <br /> a curve to the left which has a radius of 4644.00 feet and a long chord that <br /> bears S 38° 17' 02" E, 214.93 feet; thence S 11° 55' 21" W, 250.97 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
