Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential District. <br /> PET 3705: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30 Town of Westport, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30; thence <br /> North 1320 feet to the intersection of the North-South quarter line and the <br /> centerline of Oncken Road; thence East along said centerline 845 more or less <br /> to the intersection of said centerline with the centerline of Ziegler Road; <br /> thence North along said centerline 650 feet; thence West 33.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning.
