ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3709 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> PET 3709: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence <br /> South, 168 feet more or less to the North line of Kelly Lane and the point of <br /> beginning; thence West, 66 more or less feet; thence South 66 feet more or <br /> less; thence West 800 feet more or less; thence South 345 feet more or less; <br /> thence East, 365 feet more or less; thence North 280 feet more or less; thence <br /> East 500 feet more or less; thence North 132 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
