(see enclosed) . <br /> I am concern, however, that the Notice you sent out may create some misunder- <br /> standing among our neighbors who also received this Notice (-for public <br /> hearing on July 8) . <br /> The Notice is obviously a standard form of notification as it indicates that <br /> the conditional use permit is a "proposal to change zoning districts" and <br /> that it constitutes a "zoning change." <br /> A conditional use permit does not require any zoning district change, and <br /> therefore may alarm our neighbors who may in turn over-react to the <br /> notification received. <br /> I would greatly appreciate a followup letter to all parties which recieved <br /> this notification clarifying the matter and stating that a zoning change <br /> will NOT be required! <br /> Thank you for your cooperation. <br /> re —"•■■ <br /> •David WR.
