I <br /> PETITION NO. 3 7Z/v <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section is , Town of Mazomanie , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-i Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Yet. #,i114: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Mazomanie <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section <br /> 18; thence N 89° 33 ' 02" West, 1303.16 feet along the East-West quarter line <br /> of said Section 18 to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 33' 02" West, 16.92 <br /> feet along said East-West quarter line to the point of curvature of a curve to <br /> the left having a central angle of 37° 52' 58" and a radius of 261.96 feet; <br /> thence Southwesterly, 173.20 feet along the arc of the curve to the point of <br /> tangency thereof, said arc also being the centerline of Hodgson Road, the long <br /> chord of which bears S 71° 30 ' 29" West, 170.06 feet; thence South 52° 34 ' 00" <br /> West, 288.71 feet along the centerline of Hodgson Road; thence N 01° 24' 00" <br /> West, 618.13 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of the Western <br /> Wisconsin Railroad; thence N 75° 47' 43" East, 423.46 feet along the Southerly <br /> right-of-way line of the Western Wisconsin Railroad; thence S 01° 24' 00" <br /> East, 492.71 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
