I PETITION NO. 3 7Z/v PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF MAZOMANIE TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section is , Town of Mazomanie , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-i Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes District. Yet. #,i114: Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 18; thence N 89° 33 ' 02" West, 1303.16 feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 18 to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 33' 02" West, 16.92 feet along said East-West quarter line to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of 37° 52' 58" and a radius of 261.96 feet; thence Southwesterly, 173.20 feet along the arc of the curve to the point of tangency thereof, said arc also being the centerline of Hodgson Road, the long chord of which bears S 71° 30 ' 29" West, 170.06 feet; thence South 52° 34 ' 00" West, 288.71 feet along the centerline of Hodgson Road; thence N 01° 24' 00" West, 618.13 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of the Western Wisconsin Railroad; thence N 75° 47' 43" East, 423.46 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of the Western Wisconsin Railroad; thence S 01° 24' 00" East, 492.71 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
