Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1681 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions . <br /> FOR: Cellular communications tower site. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 2/13/01 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Roxbury <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of <br /> said Section 27; thence South 1, 330. 05 feet to the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence continue South 253. 66 feet <br /> along the West line of said Section 27 ; thence South 86°13' 20" <br /> East, 189. 41 feet; thence N00°09' West, 265. 97 feet; thence <br /> S89°56' West, 188 . 35 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. The primary use of the 180 ft. monopole communication tower permitted under <br /> Conditional Use Permit No.1681 shall be for the mounting of equipment for <br /> Personal Communication Services (PCS) transmissions/receptions and Cellular <br /> Telephone equipment. <br /> 2. The communication tower placed, constructed or modified under Conditional Use <br /> Permit No.1681 shall accommodate, at a minimum height of 150 feet <br /> above grade, the collocation of two additional antenna arrays similar in size and <br /> function to that placed on the tower by the holder of said permit. <br /> 3. The collocation sites required hereunder need not be available on the tower as <br /> initially placed,constructed, or modified,provided that the tower will support at the <br /> specified minimum height the later addition of the required number of collocation <br /> sites. <br />
