As you know from our conversations, I am representing US Cellular on their <br /> efforts to expand&enhance wireless coverage in their Wisconsin market place. <br /> US Cellular has the need for a new cell phone site near USH 12 and County KP in the Town of <br /> Roxbury. They are collocating antennae on the existing AT & T monopole tower on Highway <br /> KP. This site will achieve the RF objectives,providing enhanced wireless coverage to the area. <br /> US Cellular has leased ground space from AT & T. I have now attached the completed and <br /> signed Zoning Permit application. This was missing from the packet sent Friday with the PTS <br /> check number 14808 in the amount of$300.00 for the Zoning application fee and the zoning <br /> drawings. <br /> Please forward a receipt for the $300.00 application fee and any correspondence or approvals to <br /> me at the address below.
