The Horse Boarding Facility shall be limited up to 100 horses. <br /> 2. Horse Boarding Facility shall be limited to the proposed buildings shown on the attached <br /> site plan. <br /> 3. Horse Boarding Facility events are limited to private clinics. Public riding events or <br /> competitions are prohibited. <br /> 4. Employees shall be limited to family members residing on the farm and a maximum of 2 <br /> non-family employees. <br /> 5. The Hours of operation shall be limited to 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. <br /> 6. Owner is responsible for instituting a manure management plan approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. <br /> 7. All parking shall be on the property. <br /> 8. Any outside speakers and amplified sounds used on the property shall not cause a <br /> nuisance for neighboring property owners. <br /> 9. The owner/manager/caretaker shall reside in the existing home on the property. <br /> 10.
