<br /> N00°45' 19"E, 431.00 feet to the Northwest corner of aforesaid SW 1/4 - SE 1/4;
<br /> thence N89°31' 11"E along the North line of said 1/4 - 1/4, 1082.27 feet; thence
<br /> S01°30'51"W, 392.42 feet; thence N88°29'04"W, 21.00 feet to the point of curvature
<br /> of a curve to the left, said curve having a central angle of 90°00'00" and a radius
<br /> of 60.00 feet, the long chord of said curve bearing S46°30'56"W, 84.85 feet;
<br /> thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve, 90.25 feet to the point of
