(Pill/Zig-TAD/1144 /4/6_ AAA) <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3741 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-4 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 26; S 01° 56' West <br /> 56.80 feet to the centerline of Westport Road; thence S 42° 17' East-136.20 <br /> feet along said centerline; thence South 44° 43' East along same said <br /> centerline 175.00 feet to the point of beginning of this description. Thence <br /> N 43° 17' East 440 feet more or less to the North line of said 1/4 1/4; thence <br /> East along said North line to the right-of-way of the Chicago and Northwestern <br /> Railroad; thence South 42° 27' East along said right-of-way 720 more or less <br /> feet; thence S 47° 33' West 388 feet to the centerline of Westport Road; <br /> thence N 45° West along same said centerline 715 feet to the .point of <br /> beginning of this description. <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3) (a)2. (b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1.
