The engineering has been found to conform to Dane County Code of Ordinance, Chapter 17, Floodplain <br /> Regulations. The filling and the grading shall comply with the submitted plan and satisfy the following conditions: <br /> 1. No filling of the floodway or modification to the floodway is permitted. <br /> 2. Any crawlspace or basement floor must be at or above the base flood elevation. <br /> 3. The first floor elevation must be at or above the flood protection elevation. <br /> 4. The applicant understands that this permit is for satisfaction of County floodplain regulations, other <br /> regulations related to the floodplain by the State and Federal Government may have additional <br /> requirements. <br /> 5.
