Chapter 66.036 Wisconsin <br /> Statutes required a review of private sewage systems before permits <br /> • to add to or build a structure is issued. Until we know more of <br /> this expansion this office will object to this petition and <br /> conditional use. <br /> CO HWY. <br /> RP C. <br /> #3755 The Town of Bristol Land Use Plan delineates the area now zoned C-2 <br /> as an unsewered development district where such use is allowed. The <br /> balance of the land petitioned for rezoning is designated as <br /> Agriculture Preservation Area, where the relevant policy is: "Only <br /> commercial uses clearly related to or compatible with agricultural <br /> production should be permitted to rezone in designated agricultural <br /> preservation areas."
