• PETITION NO. •39 S° PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF ROXBURY TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to ,changs the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 14 , Town of Roxbury , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes District. PET. #3759: Part of Sections 11, 12 & 14 Town of Roxbury described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 12; thence East along the South line of said quarter quarter, 111.90 feet to the centerline of CTH Y and the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of 09° 14' 47" and a radius of 720.00 feet; thence Northeasterly and` the arc ' ' of said curve and said centerline, 116.19 feet to the point of tangency thereof, said arc having a long chord bearing N 61° 38' 05" E, 116.07 feet; thence N 57° 00' 45" E along said centerline, 311.30 feet; thence N 59° 17' 38" E, along said centerline, 380.51 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the right having a central angle of 10° 26' 47" and a radius of 1350.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve and said centerline, 246.14 to the point of tangency thereof, said arc having a long chord bearing N 64° 31' 01.5" E, 245.80 feet; thence N 69° 44 ' 26" E along said centerline, 142.87 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the right having a central angle of 06° 03 ' 54" and a radius of 1350.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve and said centerline, 150.84 feet to the point of tangency thereof, said arc having a long chord bearing N 72° 46' 23" E, 150.77 feet; thence North, 154.92 feet; thence S 69° 36' 47" W, 389.09 feet; thence S 56° 03 ' 17" W, 522.41 feet; thence S 70° 13' 48" W, 718.03 feet; thence South 155.30 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of said CTH Y; thence N 74° 36' 54" E along said right-of-way line 177.96 feet to the East line of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 14; thence North along said East line, 4.49 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
